Positive Pressure Pneumatic Conveying System
Positive Pressure Pneumatic Conveying System(PPPC)
Overview
Positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, also known as pressure pneumatic conveying system, refers to the use of positive pressure gas to transport materials, pressure gas drives materials to be transported in the pipeline, and a combination of multiple processes can be realized in the production process. Widely used in a variety of industrial fields, it conveys powder, granular and granular particle mixtures from one place to another in an efficient, safe and reliable manner, overcoming the problems faced by traditional mechanical conveying methods such as clogging, wear and dust leakage.
Working Principle of PPPC
(1) Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and feed the bin at atmospheric pressure until the level gauge sends out the indication signal to show the bin is full ;
(2) Close the feed valve and exhaust valve, and then open the high-pressure air valve to pressurize the tank;
(3) When the operating pressure is reached, open the conveying air valve and discharge valve, and the material will start to be conveyed;
(4) The end of conveying is indicated by the pressure switch, level gauge or time relay. At this time, the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve are closed, so that all the compressed air is used to blow the conveying pipeline; At the same time, the exhaust valve is opened to reduce the pressure in the tank to normal pressure. After one cycle is completed, another cycle begins, and the cycle goes on and on.
