Overview

Cyclonic mixed flow spray tower is a system that embedded in the "pneumatic mixed flow exhaust gas purification system"on the basis of ordinary painted water curtain cabinet. The system is a totally new wet method exhaust gas purification equipment with high efficiency and environmentally friendly. Working Principle

Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas is in transverse centripetal motion, increasing long enough residence time, and gets better washing effect, which thoroughly improves the technical defects of the spray tower under some specific working conditions, such as incomplete dust removal and easy blockage of the water spray tower. Cyclonic tower adopts technology to avoid the blockage of the pump and sprinkler, improves the production efficiency, and the water in the pool can be recycled, so as to avoid the trouble caused by secondary pollution and save water resources. Several circular cyclonic barrels and defogging panels are installed in the cyclonic mixed flow spray tower. The swirl barrel is filled with solid packing balls, and the defogging plate of the upper layer is used to purify the water mist, to achieve the purpose of dewatering and defogging, and the dust-containing gas swirls up in the tower, and contacts with the liquid swirl entering from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal task; Through the action of centrifugal force, the large particles in the exhaust gas sink into the pool, and then the casing is manually fished out and cleaned, so that the gas is deeply purified and discharged up to the standard requirement, and the water in the cyclonic mixed flow spray tower can continue to be recycled.
