Overview

The fully automatic high-level palletizing production line adopts a modular design and can be configured according to the different needs of customers.

The system includes material conveying line, belt climbing line, whole package line, subpackage line, push package line, temporary storage area, palletizing area, pallet area, centering area, etc., and the actual output of the production line can be greater than 1200 bags / hour.

It is equipped with light sensors, limit sensors, servo motors, and fully automated programs, which reduces labor cost, easy to operate and use, greatly reducing the labor degree of workers and improving production efficiency.

Palletizing is fast in speed, firm and reliable in structure and function, neat stacking job, beautiful appearance as a whole, and safer in operation.
