Overview

This packing machine is a precise packaging and metering equipment specially designed and developed by our company, combined with powder flow technology, which is suitable for packaging of powder. The impeller is driven by air source power to rotate forcibly. The weighing and sensing are precisely controlled by microcomputer to achieve high-precision, high-sensitivity and stable packaging. It is suitable for small and medium-sized batch packaging of dry powder, and is suitable for the packaging of all kinds of bags including laminated bags. High automation (computer intelligent automatic identification), simple operation, only manual bag insertion can complete the whole process of weighing and packaging, which not only saves manpower, but also reduces the labor intensity of workers. It greatly reduces production costs, and improves production efficiency. All the technical indicators of this packing machine meet the international standards. 

Performance Characteristics

1. Automatic microcomputer control, intelligent identification, high sensitivity, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, accurate weighing.

2. The new design has no ram, weighing rod, free weight, card wheel, bayonet pin, tension spring or other weighing mechanisms, which infinitely reduces the wearing parts and the repair costs, and improves production efficiency.

3. Automatically realize the functions of compression, filling, loosening, closing and dropping of packaging bags, which is simple and durable to operate.

4. The fuselage is all sealed and equipped with dust removal ports, with reasonable structure and durability, and truly realizes environment-friendly production.

5. The packing machine mainly has single nozzle type and double-nozzle type, and  4-6 mouths can be set up by lying the double mouths side by side.

6. It can be changed to mechanical bag pressing or pneumatic bag pressing.
