The diameter of micro and nano bubbles is generally 2-5um, while the diameter of ordinary bubbles is between 30-50um. In micro-nano bubbles, water molecules are dissolved in a liquid, and the liquid is occupied by the micro-nano bubbles produced by dissolution, which contain a large number of water molecules, solutes, and oxygen. In micro and nano bubbles, there are more voids caused by the contact between water molecules, and there are more gaps between water molecules and solutes and oxygen, so the micro and nano bubbles have a higher oxygen utilization rate. Compared with the traditional gas-liquid mixing equipment, the micro-nano bubble generator can not only quickly produce a large number of micro-nano bubbles, but also efficiently achieve gas-liquid mixing, strengthening the reaction, rapid stirring and increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen. Working Principle of Micro and Nano Bubble Generator
The micro-nano bubble generator is a device that uses the principle of atmospheric pressure to produce a large number of micro-nano bubbles. When the water enters the micro-nano bubble generator through the water inlet valve, a large number of micro-nano bubbles will be generated in the water, and form a high pressure zone around the bubbles, which makes the bubbles rapidly expand to form a spherical space of a certain radius, so that the water and gas can be fully contacted and mixed.
When the water in the inlet pipe enters the micro-nano bubble generator through pressurization, the air is compressed by the high-pressure gas, generating a certain pressure into the water, thereby compressing oxygen into the water to form bubbles. At the same time, these high-pressure gases will destroy some proteins and other substances in the water to form air floats (also known as bubbles), which will collide with each other and combine together in the water, so that some substances in the water will be dissolved in the water.
