Automatic Water Surface Garbage Collector

Overview

The automatic water garbage collector automatically collects the garbage on the surface  of rivers and ponds, such as floating fish feces, leaves, flowers, plastics, foam, oil foam and other debris, so as to clean up the dirt on the water surface of ponds and rivers, and keep the water surface clean, hygienic and beautiful. The whole equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant.

Technical Information

1. The water area that can be collected by a single unit is 1000M2.

2. Garbage collection capacity of a single unit comes into 5L/8L/20L/30L (larger capacity can be customized)

3. Power requirements: AC220 50HZ, the power supply should be well grounded.

4. Water pump motor: power 80W, energy saving and environmental protection. The pump motor has a good self-protection function, which can be shut down due to lack of water, and can be started again after re-energizing.

5. Installation Requirements: The installation depth is 50cm or more. Although the installation is a fixed bracket installation, the collector can be easily manually raised or lowered in height relative to the bracket to adapt to the change of water level. The product itself also has a certain ability to adapt to water level changes, and the best range for water level changes is 2-5cm.

1. Automatically collect garbage on the water surface

The water is pumped out by the pump installed in the pump box through the water flow, and the garbage such as leaves and plastics that are intercepted are left in the net bag to be cleaned up and removed by manual.

2. Improve water quality

The water pumped out often contains some fine particulate suspensions, which is pumped to biological purification equipment or filtration equipment for further treatment in order to obtain better quality of water. 

3. Increase dissolved oxygen

In pond or river management, water can also be pumped to the bottom of a hypoxic water, which can play a role in increasing the dissolved oxygen at the bottom of the water due to the abundant oxygen content of the surface water. Water exchange can improve dissolved oxygen throughout the water.

4. Water monitoring platform

It can be used as a platform to install on-line dissolved oxygen meter, PH-thermometer, ORP, COD and other sensing equipment to monitor the water quality.

5. Low installation depth requirements

The structure of the product is compact and reasonable, the installation depth requirement is low, and it can be installed if it is greater than 50cm.

6. Self-protection function

The motor can self-protect in the event of water shortage, and automatically resume starting after re-energizing.
