Working Principle
The dehydrator body is mainly composed of a filter body and a spiral shaft. The filter body has two zones, the concentration zone and the dehydration zone. The sludge enters the filter body after stirring with chemicals, and the relative movement of the fixed ring and the swimming ring is used to make the filtrate quickly discharged outward through the lamination gap, and the sludge is rapidly concentrated, and moves to the dewatering zone. When the sludge enters the dewatering zone, the space in the chamber is continuously reduced, and the internal pressure of the sludge continues to increase, and the back pressure of the pressure regulator at the sludge outlet makes it achieve the purpose of efficient dewatering, and the sludge is continuously discharged out of the equipment at the same time.
The operating status of the stacked screw sludge dewatering equipment includes thickening, dewatering, and self-cleaning status.
Thickening: When the spiral pushes the shaft to rotate, the multiple solid laminates located at the periphery of the propellant shaft move relatively, and under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the relative moving lamination gap to achieve rapid thickening.
Dewatering: The thickened sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft; Along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the gap between the rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity shrinks. Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure is gradually enhanced, and the water in the sludge is extruded and discharged under the continuous operation of the spiral pushing shaft in turn, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to rise, and finally the continuous dewatering of the sludge is realized.
Self-cleaning: The rotation of the spiral shaft pushes the traveling ring to rotate continuously, and the equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thus cleverly avoiding the clogging problem that is common in traditional dehydrators.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for sludge in municipal sewage, food, beverage, chemical, leather, welding consumables, papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other industries;
It is suitable for the dewatering of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low-concentration (below 2000mg/L) sludge, there is no need to build a thickening tank and storage tank, which reduces the construction cost, the release of phosphorus and the generation of anaerobic odor.

Standard Configuration
1. Metering tank: The sludge is transported to the metering tank through the sludge transfer pump, and the excess part is returned from the return pipe to the sludge storage tank.
2. Flocculation mixing tank: The measured sludge is fully stirred and mixed with the injected polymer flocculant in the flocculation mixing tank to form a good alum flower.
3. Dewatering body: After the sludge enters the dewatering body through the sludge inlet, gravity concentration occurs instantaneously in the concentration part of the front section, and most of the filtrate is discharged; In the dehydration section, it is fully dehydrated due to the continuous increase in the pressure in the lumen. The dewatering body of the sludge thickener does not contain a dewatering part.
4. Concentrated sludge discharge outlet at the sludge outlet: The back pressure plate set at the sludge outlet produces a blocking force in the opposite direction, so that the pressure in the body cavity is further increased, and the sludge is more fully dewatered and discharged from the sludge outlet in the form of mud cake. The sludge thickener discharges the thickened sludge through the sludge outlet. The sludge outlet side of the sludge thickener is not provided with a back pressure plate.
